Specto Vecti AS1: Splash

Splash Screen: A graphic shown while a piece of software is loading, usually containing the name of the program and some indication of the loading process.

Still

Animated (As if the software is loading)

Production

The production of the splash simply involved porting over resources from the boxart to a smaller canvas. The animation was achieved by creating five frames - Three were completely opaque, and then two had one of the bands slight less opaque - and then motion tweens were inserted between the frames so as to create the gentle fading motion. I imagine this is what the splash would do to show that the software is loading.
